Job Description
This. position is responsible for managing industry customers portfolio of a region, providing one window service to customer and customer engagement throughout the new connection process to ensure completion of requirement & payment of estimates and keeping customer informed about scheme progress till energization.
- Achieving sales and collection targets
- Resolving customer queries
- Handling agreements for Industry customers
- Managing relationship with Industrial Associations
Vacant Position : Relationship Manager
Eligibility Criteria
Required Qualification: BE (Electrical or Electronics) & MBA
Experience: 2 - 4 years experience in Sales / Installation of Power systems, electrical and allied equipment and/or operation and maintenance.
