Vacant Position: Senior Manager Workshop
Key Responsibilities
- Control and organize the planned daily preventative/corrective maintenance of the fleet and related equipment to maximize availability, economic life and ensure safety of the fleet
- Oversee all repairs in the workshop and all emergencies on route to ensure conformity to manufacture’s specifications and standard repairs times thereby resulting no penalties
- Co-ordinate resources, (operational and human) schedules and activities to effectively manage jobs
- Act as a technical adviser for critical maintenance jobs and supervise all working activities for optimum performance of workforce
- Plan and adjust the workload of department personnel to match their skills and abilities
- Promote professional attitude and health and safety culture within the workshop
- Provide feedback of staff that are not performing to the expected level and ensure that they are included in performance improvement plan
- Communicate with external repair agencies and manage special repair jobs to be done by external sources
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: BSc Mechanical Engineering of above with expertise in Hybrid technology
Experience: min 8-10 years
Location: Peshawar
