Shift Engineer

Job Description:
1. Supervision of daily operations including production and scheduling as per the assigned jobs; management of workers, monitoring productivity and quality, production process troubleshooting, and all other activities required to meet daily targets.
2. Maintains workflow by monitoring processes; setting processing variables; observing control points and machinery and monitoring workers.
3. Ensuring assigned shifts are closed by entering data in the system, sending shift reports to all concerned, and finalizing workers’ attendance reports. 4. Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Job Specification:
The candidate should be a qualified engineer from a PEC-recognized institute.
The candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Location: Position based in Sunder Industrial Estate, Lahore
The position requires working in rotating shifts (24/7) operations.
