Program Details:
- MT Program Inauguration: October 2021
- Duration: 12 months
- Location: Karachi
- Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree
- CGPA: 3.00 & Above

Application Process:
All the candidates who are eager to make their professional mark will have to go through a rigorous application process where their interpersonal, communication and analytical thinking skills will be tested. The application process will comprise four phases, as explained below.
Phase 1: Introduction
In this phase, applicants will send in their resumes at careers@habiboil.com and a 60 Seconds self-introductory video where they will introduce themselves and elaborate on their area of interest and why it is their choice.
Phase 2: Assessment
Shortlisted candidates will go through a written assessment. The candidates’ talent will be analyzed on the following criteria:
- General Knowledge
- Interpersonal Skills
- Analytical Skills
Phase 3: Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interviews with HOD's.
Phase 4: Onboarding
A short ceremony will be organized to celebrate the addition of successful candidates to HOM's Family.
