Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Masters Degree/ 4-years Bachelors Degree from HEC recognized  University in the subjects of Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Technology, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resource, Law, and Sociology.

CGPA: At least 60% marks where percentage system applies or 2.5 out of 4.0 (CGPA) or 3.5 out of 5.0 (CGPA) where GPA system is applicable.

Age: 25 years (Maximum) as of the last date of submission of application. Age limit can be relaxed up to three years for candidates from NA/FATA/GB, AJK, and Balochistan.

Place of Posting: Selected candidates may be posted at any HBFC office across the country

Compensation: Selected candidates shall serve as Management Trainee Officers for a period of six (06) months at a market competitive stipend. After successful completion of training, MTOs will be offered regular employment in the Company as "Assistant Manager' (OG-2).
