Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG) Management Trainee Program 2021
Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG) is entering a new phase of its mission whereby it aims to broaden the scope and awareness of good corporate governance practices. This new model of holistic governance is rooted in PICG’s three key materiality priorities; that is, environment, gender, and mental health and safety in the workplace. Under this agenda, mainstreaming the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) narrative is key to our mission, in order to facilitate the recognition that both holistic governance and ‘doing the
right thing’ is good for business and society.

With this in mind, PICG is launching its first Management Trainee Program, with the aim of providing exposure to ESG and Corporate Governance, for the country’s young talent. The Management Trainee program is geared to strengthen two of PICG’s key strategic pillars: Research & Advocacy, and ESG.As a Management Trainee you will be:
- Gaining experience and perspective by working in different departments of the organization
- Learning about the various functions and operations, as well as the practices and policies that impact each phase of the business
- Aiding in the process of developing and instituting policies, performance goals and objectives Identify trends and recommend proactive action to manage business situations

The ideal candidate should:
Have recently graduated with a BachelorsBe available for a period of 1 year
Possess interest and competencies in any or all of the following;
i. Research
ii. Marketing
iii, Finance
iv. HR
Have an interest in good governance and the corporate sector, and/or interest in research and advocacy Possess effective communication and presentation skills Are proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office applications
