Lahore Electric Supply Company Limited (LESCO), incorporated under the Companies Ordinance 1984, is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). LESCO is licensed to distribute and supply electricity to its consumers, currently more than 5.1 million, within defined geographical areas of Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara, and Nankana Districts. The company is offering paid internship opportunities for 02 months for the graduate students in the last semester to enhance their skills, employment prospects, and financial support in the following categories. Eligibility Criteria
- Only HEC-recognized universities/college students can apply for this internship program.
- Students of the last semesters of the Bachelors's / Master’s degree programs or equivalent will be
- considered for an internship.

Internship Details
- The stipend will be Rs.15,000/- per month.
- Applicants are advised to read the following instructions carefully before filling out the relevant post

- Selection for internships will be made purely on merit without any discrimination of ethnicity, color, religion, sex, marital status, handicap, or whatsoever.
Selection Criteria
Final selection will be based on aggregate marks as per calculation mentioned below:-For Masters or Equivalent (16-years of education) Degrees- %age marks obtained in matric @ 05%
- %age marks obtained in intermediate or equivalent @ 15%
- %age marks obtained in BA/B.Sc or Equivalent @ 30%
- %age marks obtained in MA/M.Sc or equivalent @ 50%
For Bachelors or equivalent (16-years of education) Degrees
- %age marks obtained in matric @ 05%
- %age marks obtained in intermediate or equivalent @ 25%
- %age marks obtained in BA/B.Sc (Engg or Equivalent @ 70%
General Instruction
- Only short listed/selected applicants (on the basis of merit of qualification) will be called
- internship.
- LESCO reserves the right to withhold/cancel the internship of the applicants without assigning
- any reason.
- No TA / DA/conveyance allowance will be allowed to candidates during the internship.
- The last date for receipt of the application is 11.06.2022
