- Manager Cost Controller
- Risk Scheduler
Qualification: B.Sc (Civil) / M.Sc (Civil) / Project Management.
Certification: Certifications in Project Management of Infrastructure Projects along with expertise in Primavera P-6, Excel, and ERP will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in relevant field.
JOB EXPECTATION
1. Analyze and monitor the project schedule of all Project Directorate Headquarters based on project scope, approved
execution plans, and available resources.
2. Generate daily, weekly and monthly progress of the projects using Primavera P6.
3. Analyze project budget and cash flows based on the project progress.
4. Analysis of resources i.e. current resources versus required resources.
5. Analyze one month's look ahead schedule of projects of Project Directorate Headquarters for forecasting the
project health in near future.
6. Monitor resource histogram, S-curves, and budgeted cost of the project and present it to the competent authority
on a monthly basis.
7. Suggest recovery schedule/crash schedule to Project Directorate Headquarters for timely completion of the
project within planned budget as per PMMs.
8. Risk identification and its documentation i.e. Risk Register. Monitor Risk Register of all projects and highlight
Critical project risks to Commander Engineers NLC for timely mitigation.
9. Analyze and monitor detailed rate analysis for bidding/sublet competent authorities along with the
comparisons.
10. Analyze and monitor expenses being incurred on the projects.
11. Monitoring of procurement procedures/engineering standards to be followed during procurement
